Slave

Set in ancient Rome and Judea, the novelette “Slave” recounts the torments inflicted on a young Jewish slave by his Roman master. Author Aaron Travis pays homage to the works of Sade, the movie Ben Hur, and the decadent fiction of Huysmans.
