"Jake! Jake!" He saw his foreman, George, running toward him with a panicked look on his face. The man frantically waved his arms to get Jake's attention. Too late, Jake heard the creaking of the wood piled behind him. He turned automatically to see what was happening even as his body instinctively began to move away from the shady spot. The lumber began to tumble toward him. The pile's foundation had weakened and the weight of the wood caused the planks to cascade. His last thought before being knocked out by a flying length of spruce was, "Damn, this is going to slow down construction."

Injured in a construction accident, Jake Edwards wakes up after surgery to repair his badly broken legs to find a beautiful nurse, Anne. taking care of him. As the boss of his company, Jake is used to making all the decisions. Suddenly, his injuries force him to rely Anne to help him with normal, everyday activities. Jake finds to his shock that her nursing style closely matches his fantasies of being cared for as an adult baby. Anne is elated to find a man who exactly fits her profile for an ideal Little boy. Could she have found her soulmate? Will he be brave enough to risk living his fantasy life as a Little boy?

So begins the fourth story in the series of "Littles." Will the beautiful but stern Anne be able to convince Jake to let her be his age play Mommy? She would love to nurse him back to full strength with her own special skills. With a little help from Dr. Richards', Jake will soon be looked after very carefully.

Characters from the first three novel in this series reappear to continue their stories. You do not need to read the stories in order. All are complete stories. The books in this series will feature invasive medical treatments, including thorough examinations and enemas when required, as well as diaper changes, spankings and other punishments.
