The Window

(2015)
(The eighth book in the Tessa Savage series)
A Novella by

I’m a voyeur. I can’t help it. The man in the window calls to me…

It’s been a while since my last sex-capade and a girl has needs, so when the mysterious man in the apartment building across from me shows up night after night, standing in the window, hands pressed again the glass, drawing circles on it like it’s some woman’s flesh and not cold glass, I watch. It turns me on. After days of this, I decide to return the favor, only I take things to a new level, Tessa-Savage-style.

Though my methods of getting this sexy stranger’s attention is unorthodox, it works, because when I run into him on the street, he says:

“You took your clothes off in front of the window. Was that for me?”
“Yes.”
“Why?”
“Because I wanted to.”

Even from across the distance, the attraction is out of control. The second we meet, we can barely keep our hands to ourselves. But there’s a darkness in Kaden McKale; he’s complicated and passionate and part of him is broken and I’m not sure I can draw him out long enough to share the wicked night of passion we both crave. It’s possible we’ll never get beyond that pane of glass that separates us. But if we do, it will be one helluva night…
