His Mister (and, sometimes, also Handler) has a list of rules for him to follow, and they are all sweet, demanding, and made to fit his diapered self like a glove. Something grows in his impossibly comfy pull-up as he thinks about being naughty and getting punished - the young man with rosy cheeks just loves being all submissive. Suckling on a chocolate-flavored paci, the little doesn’t want to anger his Big, but he can’t help himself if that means going to their huge playroom, where they will do very raw and inappropriate things together. It’s in his little nature.
It might also start with a tail, a mask, and mittens. The little might even be wiggling his tail as he is collared and taken around in their home. Or they might even think that plugging would spice things up and add that to their play, too. Coming nighttime, his Mister might also have to change his adult-sized diaper before buying him a big Teddy the next day, and he would do that while feeling his thick toy growing under his pants...
