Lady Bethany

(2010)
A novel by

In 1762 England, Bethany Fenwick lived in splendid luxury in Fenwick hall, the beautiful, pampered, somewhat spoiled daughter of Lord Fenwick. And then her father married Caroline, a woman of no discernible breeding. Bethany took an instant dislike to the woman, and the feeling was quite mutual. The two young women treated each other with equal measures of contempt at every opportunity. But when Bethany's father dies under mysterious circumstances, and his altered will leaves everything to his wife, including control of his daughter, everything changes. Bethany's life gradually spirals downwards into one of abuse and deprivation, her clothes taken away, forced to scrub floors in her own family's home, beaten and tormented by Caroline and her lovers, and humiliated at every turn. But worse, to her mind, is the way Caroline forces her body to betray her, the perverse and degrading ways in which Bethany is made to revel in her own abuse. Bethany is given to servants, both male and female, and even low crofters to abuse. She finds herself naked, wearing a horse collar, plowing a field, and servicing the perverse sexual hungers of a man who has not bathed in years! Thus does Caroline train her to discipline, obedience and servitude, as Lady Bethany Fenwick becomes little more than a sexual slave in her own great country home.
